The big problem with these GDI engines is they dilute the oil - gasoline mixes with the engine oil and causes it to quickly degrade - reason why Hyundai wants canadians to change oil no later than 6000 KMS or 6 Months if doing low kms. Seafoam is 30% alcohol so basically it will dilute the engine oil even more.
