Figs scrubs sizing

Sizing help please! Hi, I am a first time figs buyer and I was VERY confused about sizing. I am 5’6, 135 lbs athletic build, usually a size M or size 6. I was thinking of doing Catarina top size S, and Zamora joggers size M (I like a looser pant fit) A pair will be final sale so I want to make sure I size accurately. Thanks ̈.
