As already mentioned there are four actuators. Two on driver side are blend-air door (temp control) and mode door (directs air flow to floor, defrost, dash vents). Two on passenger side are blend-air door (temp control) and recirculation door. Plug a scanner into the car's OBD2 port and see if any codes have been logged.
