The LBD Colt prefix serial numbers are for Colt model AR6721 AR-15 A3 Tactical Carbines, I have one with that same prefix. Here's a reference site that shows the Colt prefix letters, it shows the BD prefix on models 6721 but the letter L prefix if I'm not mistaken means Law Enforcement.
