BYU–Hawaii Moving to Two Annual Commencement Ceremonies. February 07, 2022 08:00 AM. Beginning in 2023, Brigham Young University–Hawaii will hold two commencement ceremonies each year. Ceremonies will be held in April at the conclusion of winter semester and in December at the conclusion of fall semester.
